The Institution is governed by an eighteen (18) Member Council that serves for two years and they are eligible to serve for one more term. As outlined in Article 12.1 of the UIPE Constitution, the Council is responsible for overseeing the management of the Institution’s property and affairs. This mandate is carried out through Council committees, UIPE branches, and the Secretariat, to ensure the smooth functioning of the Institution's activities and initiatives. The 2024-2026 Council is led by Eng. Bosco-Lepi, UIPE President, supported by three vice presidents who each oversee key areas of the Institution: including; Membership, Education, and Training, Public Relations, Practice, and Ethics and Finance and Administration.
